I am a high-achieving sophomore currently enrolled in advanced mathematics and health science courses. My approach to tutoring is built on the belief that math doesn't have to be intimidating when it is explained through clear, relatable steps. Having recently completed Algebra 1 and currently excelling in Geometry, I have a fresh and relevant perspective on the curriculum and the specific challenges students face today. I specialize in helping elementary and middle school students build a strong foundational understanding of math, as well as guiding high school students through the complexities of Algebra 1 and Geometry.

In my previous experience as a mathematics tutor, I have worked with a variety of learning styles, helping students not only improve their grades but also gain confidence in their problem-solving abilities. I focus on breaking down complex formulas into simple, manageable concepts that are easy to remember. Whether a student is struggling to keep up with their current coursework or looking to get ahead for the next school year, I provide a patient and encouraging environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and mastering new skills.

Beyond just solving equations, I aim to teach my students the study habits and organizational skills that are necessary for long-term academic success. I understand the pressure of modern school assignments and standardized testing, and I am dedicated to helping my peers and younger students reach their full potential. My goal is to make every session productive and engaging so that math becomes a subject my students feel empowered to tackle on their own.
