My name is Aliza and Im excited to help you through your pre medical or medical school studies. As an incoming resident, I understand the pressure that we go through in order to be in this field. I have vast experience in tutoring, beginning in college, when I was a teaching assistant for biology. Later in my master's program, I tutored privately for college biochemistry and high school level algebra. Now that I've completed med school, I have helped students in years below me. Not only with their studies but also with time management and a study methods.
My expertise in biology and medicine qualifies me to help students biology classes starting from high school all the way to medical school. I am also comfortable teaching all medical school courses. I have experience tutoring in biochemistry, biology genetics, and microbiology.
For the first fifteen minutes, I always like to gauge where my students are at as well, as assessing their goals for retaining a tutor. If they would like, I also like to help create a study plans. We can then discuss how you would like to proceed with tutoring. I am able to accommodate both preparing specific subjects to teach you as long as I have twenty four hours notice as well as doing practice questions together. We can work together to create a tailored study plan.
I like to see my students succeed and tell me not only have they past exams, but also learned something. I hope we can work together to do the same for you!
