I’m a mechanical engineering student with a strong academic foundation in mathematics and a passion for making math approachable for all learners. I tutor all levels of math up to Calculus II, including elementary math, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and precalculus. I’ve completed college coursework in Calculus I and II, and I’m currently enrolled in Calculus III to continue strengthening my math fluency. My STEM background allows me to explain mathematical ideas not only conceptually but also in a way that connects with real-world logic and problem-solving.

I’ve tutored students from ages 5 to 18 in a variety of settings: private one-on-one sessions, school-based programs, and community outreach. I’ve also helped students with learning differences, confidence issues, and academic gaps feel supported and empowered in their learning. In addition to my academic qualifications, I’ve held leadership roles in math-focused organizations, including being President of my school’s Mu Alpha Theta chapter, where I also coordinated volunteer math tutoring efforts. My tutoring style is adaptable and student-focused — I break concepts down step by step, use visual aids and analogies when needed, and focus on building confidence alongside skills. I create a welcoming space where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and genuinely enjoying the learning process.
