I am a former Teach For America (a non-profit AmeriCorps-funded organization ensuring equitable access to education for all students) corps member, and English teacher of six years. Though my main job is teaching English because of my love of literature, I have experience in lots of other areas in the arts as well. Though my main job is teaching English because of my love of literature, I have experience in lots of other areas in the arts as well. I've been an actor, singer, and musician my whole life and perform in weekly Improv Comedy shows. I have taught many painting, drawing, and various other visual art classes as well as many courses in performing arts. I earned my bachelor's degree in Humanities with an emphasis in Classics and Music from The University of Colorado at boulder in 2016.
