Hello! My name is Kelley Cooper, and I am a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Master of Science in Anatomy Education program. I truly enjoy studying anatomy education and am excited by the opportunity to tutor students. I completed my undergraduate degree in nursing at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. As an undergraduate student, I tutored anatomy and physiology, both lecture and lab components. My undergraduate nursing degree allows me to take my clinical experiences gained during nursing school and relate these to the teaching of anatomy. Being able to make the correlations between simple anatomy and what is seen clinically will greatly increase the ability of the student to learn the material.

I am currently pursuing my doctorate in education and am also a university faculty member teaching anatomy and physiology in a health science professions department. Most students I teach are interested in a career in health care, so if that is you, be sure to reach out to me!

I enjoy tutoring/teaching because it gives me an opportunity to share something I love and am passionate about with others. Anatomy, in particular, is fascinating because of its beauty and wonderful complexity. I look forward to tutoring and helping students thrive in their study of anatomy!
