I hold a Master of Science in Applied Criminology from Texas A&M, Commerce, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management from the University of Phoenix. I completed the Teaching Excellence Alternative Certification Program, earning a certification in Technology Applications EC-12, with a Standard Certificate valid until November 2028. I have also completed numerous professional development certifications, including TEA Dyslexia, Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), and various instructional and team-based coaching modules.

My teaching and educational leadership experience spans over nine years, working primarily with middle school students in grades 6 through 8. I serve in diverse roles, including Technology Teacher, Behavioral Interventionist, Instructional Coach, and Compliance Coordinator. I have taught subjects such as Technology and Creative Writing and has facilitated IB-centered learning. My teaching methodologies include cross-curriculum planning, integration of culturally responsive strategies, and application of IB and ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills. My expertise also extends to mentoring students, supervising community service projects, and managing RTI (Response to Intervention) programs.

My teaching experience is extensive and multifaceted, including classroom instruction, one-on-one mentoring, and leadership in educational program development. I have demonstrated a strong commitment to student growth and academic excellence, as evident in my work supporting behavioral and academic interventions, developing lesson plans, and organizing grade-level initiatives. My career reflects a dedication to fostering a student-focused learning environment, mentoring educators, and building strong partnerships with families and staff.
