Originally I am from the Caribbean Island of Dominica. I learned conversational Spanish while in community college and started doing Bible classes at Church by age 19. I Came to the states to attend Harding university, where I completed my BA and MA in Theology/Religion. I am delighted to share my experience with our world religions teacher, Robby. As a parent, I am truly appreciative of his remarkable patience and dedication, particularly when it comes to my 9-year-old son, Soren. We recently embarked on a journey into Buddhism in only our second class, and Robby's teaching style left a lasting impression. Robby's patience knows no bounds. He provides Soren the space he needs to absorb the material and ask questions freely. This has made our learning environment comfortable and nurturing. Robby's clarity and eloquence in explaining complex concepts make each lesson a pleasure to attend. His ability to strike a balance between catering to Soren's learning needs and maintaining a good pace for the entire class is commendable. I am also impressed by Robby's teaching methods during our Zoom sessions. His visual aids are not only informative but also creatively presented, keeping Soren engaged and interested. The upcoming exploration of Hinduism has me excited, knowing that Robby's teaching will undoubtedly make it an enriching experience. In sum, Robby is a gem of a teacher. His patience, clarity, and genuine interest in his students' understanding create an ideal learning environment. I am confident that as we delve into more topics, Robby's teaching will continue to inspire and educate.

I've come across a few tutors in the past but Robby is a total gem! I was having a hard time with my class material and Robby made the whole tutoring experience a great one. You can tell Robby has a passion for what he does because his patience, positivity, and intelligence as went through the material really made me feel confident and at ease. Excellent session with Robbie!
We hired Robbie to work with our introverted 13 year old. Our hope is that Robbie can help our son express himself better in all areas. Our son especially needs help in certain academic arenas where he has to verbalize responses. Our son immediately connected with Robbie and even though we have only had our first session with him, he gave our son a lot of good Pointers and suggestions that will help him immediately in the classes he is struggling with . We will definitely continue with Robbie. In addition his prices are very reasonable.
