I recently graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with a 3.8/4.0 GPA, studying their EEST (Electrical and Electronics Service Technician) course. While I was taking the program, I noticed a few of my classmates needing help and I ended up being someone who they depended on for understanding the principles of electricity. As I began helping my classmates and understanding how they learned I began having fun. While taking the Electrical course, I began finding a new love which has guided me to becoming a Tutor and with more experience, training and guidance, a Teacher.
Currently, I'm tutoring one student privately in Geometry who is appreciating the help hes receiving. We've been working together for about a month and has been proving his understanding by doing homework and assignments by himself. His mother, who asked me to tutor her son has been greatly satisfied with the results as well. This student Disliked Mathematics with a passion however, he's now finding a love for it.
My goal in life is to help as many people/students as possible reach their dreams. With every student and person I help, I get closer to completing my goal of being a teacher with experience. I have many ways of explaining concepts and ideas presented in my subjects and I will always look to find out what works for "you".
