I'm an AP Physics 1 and C (Calculus) Teacher. I'm certified in secondary physical science, mathematics and engineering. 91.4% of my students passed the AP Physics 1 exam compared to the state average of 32%. 98% of my AP Physics C students passed their AP exam.

Before teaching I lived abroad for 5 years in Italy, just outside of Rome. Before that, I worked in oil and gas as a reservoir engineer for 8 years. I've tutored for many years with my church and during college.

Improving a students understanding of a difficult subject not only helps them to succeed, but also reduces the stress and anxiety shared with those in proximity. A lot of friction subsides between parents and kids when they begin to understand and learning becomes easy and fun again--it is something to witness.
