Hi! My name is Vysh and I'm currently a Medical Student (MS2) at the UTHSCSA Long School of Medicine. I graduated from Rice University with a BS in Biosciences. Becoming a physician was my dream since my very first book fair in elementary school where I bought a book on the organ systems of the human body. As I grew up, I learned to deeply appreciate the depths of what the human experience encompasses and its tight connection to health and medicine.

During my gap year before medical school, I worked as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting, where I focused on life sciences strategy. I know firsthand how rigorous the preparation process is for landing a consulting role — especially in the life sciences — from mastering case interviews to understanding core business frameworks and industry-specific concepts. I'm happy to coach others through this process, whether they’re targeting life sciences firms or generalist consulting roles.
In addition to my consulting background, I’ve had experience as a researcher, EMT, global health program participant, and many hours of shadowing. I’ve also worked closely with the admissions committee at Long School of Medicine and have a deep understanding of what makes a strong application through TMDSAS/AMCAS. I specialize in helping applicants craft compelling personal statements, secondary essays, and prepare for interviews through a strategic, authentic storytelling approach.
Whether you're applying to medical school or pursuing a role in consulting, I’d love to support your journey. I respond promptly and welcome any questions — feel free to reach out to schedule a session.
