My tutoring approach is student led. I aim to understand and mold a student’s approach to questions. Having worked with so many students, I can adapt to any student’s learning style. Through experience, I recognize and confer high-yield strategies.
Over the past eight years, I have built extensive tutoring experience, including founding multiple middle and high school Science Bowl teams, and directly coaching Hutchinson Middle School to winning their Regional competition eight years in a row. I have tutored twenty middle schoolers through LHS Math, and helped five students prepare for the SAT. Additionally, I was the lead TA for Biology 2 on a team with six other TA’s.
Recently, I have helped two students with their medical school applications, assisting with writing and structuring, each of whom has received interviews to at least 5 schools.
