Di has taught English as Second Language formally for six years and French as a Second Language for one year. She has informally assisted foreign friends with English all her life. She teaches French, Italian, Spanish and German for Singing Pop and Classical Songs.

Di owns and operates her own Music Studio for piano and voice.

Diana is an advocate of a variety of musical styles, and also listens to many genres of music. I worked for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, under the Department of Justice, as a Sentence Classifications and Computations Technician. I completed 526 Sentence Computations during my tenure at the Bureau. I passed the Advanced Classifications and Computations Course, and I have documentation of all coursework taken at the Bureau. I also have worked as an Adjudications Officer for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Agency under the Department of Homeland Security for an even longer term.

I have a degree in Music from Texas Womans University, wherein I specifically took courses in Ear Training (Aural Skills). I passed those courses, and graduated Summa Cum Laude (Highest Honors). I do weekly Ear Training in two group lessons for all my students at my Music Studio on Saturdays and Sundays. I train my students specifically in hearing musical intervals. Therefore, I am uniquely qualified to teach Ear Training. I have been teaching and operating my own full-time Music Studio since 2008.

I have taught piano for twelve years. My students learn how to play by ear, sight-read and memorize repertoire from their choice of the baroque, classical, romantic, impressionistic or modern eras. Jazz and pop repertoire are available upon request. The methods I use are student-centric, because they are individualized according to each students' needs. My qualifications include having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Womans University in Music, wherein I studied piano. I also studied piano at Interlochen Arts Academy, wherein I graduated Cum Laude my Senior Year of high school. My students have won 1st place ribbons at festivals sponsored through MTNA. I have unique training from my Bachelor's in Music in which we had to pass Sight Singing Tests for our Aural Skills and Theory Training while pursuing our degree. I teach all my Vocal students Sight Singing and Interval Training (which is necessary for being a well trained musician). I graduated Summa Cum Laude in Music, and I have been teaching and operating my own Music Studio since 2008 full-time.

In addition, I have a song that I composed that is available on Spotify and Youtube. It was professionally produced at a two local recording studios in Dallas, Texas.
