I am currently a software engineer at a major tech company working on low-level systems software for display and computer graphics. I graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2025, where I earned a BS (double honors) and an MS in computer science.

My background and credentials make me highly qualified for technical interviews and USACO coaching. In 2024, I represented Texas A&M as an ICPC North America finalist, a significant achievement in competitive programming that only ~150 students each year qualify for. I maintained a regular presence on programming platforms with top rankings (top 5% on Codeforces; top 0.5% on Leetcode). I was also heavily involved as an officer in my university's competitive programming club, where I prepared and delivered algorithmic curriculum to 100+ members and wrote problems for our biannual contests. Outside of programming contests, I worked on impactful research at the intersection of algorithms and high-performance computing, with ties to industry applications in scientific computing, database engines, and drug discovery.

I have demonstrated success in tutoring, with 100+ hours on Wyzant with dozens of satisfied clients. Before Wyzant, I was a USACO coach for the non-profit initiative cpi.org, where I empowered 50+ students to hone their problem-solving skills in weekly virtual classroom sessions. During high school, I was part of another non-profit that offered low-cost in-person STEM tutoring for elementary-middle school students. Needless to say, I have always found teaching to be a rewarding and meaningful experience.

I am looking forward to catering to your tutoring needs. Please don't hesitate to reach out with further questions.

One Of The Best

My son happily reported that he learned a lot in his first USACO lesson with Vidith. Vidith started the class by explaining basic problem solving techniques, such as how to gain deeper understanding of the problem, how to come up with ideas, and how not to get frustrated. Then he helped my son work out a hard problem. My little guy came up with the idea following the approach Vidith outlined, Vidith gave him some suggestions in the implementation step. I'm so glad Vidith focuses on problem solving skill. That is the point of doing USACO. I'm also glad that Vidith did not give a lecture. Instead he led the student to work out the answer himself. My little guy has had a few wonderful STEM teachers. He says Vidith is among the very best.
