I am here to dedicate and serve through a genuine sincere passion of mine which is aiding youth into the right direction. I am currently 27, and I have been tutoring/mentoring my peers and youth since I was 12 years of age. I've worked as a mentor, tutor, and sometimes even a guidance counselor through my high school and undergraduate years. I have also worked with danger youth in detention centers as a supervision officer and juvenile probation officer. I am great at building confidence, self-esteem, motivation, and wisdom through my interpersonal-communication skills. It is truly an appreciated feeling to be an eye witness and living testimony to be apart of someones growth process or success story.

I've played sports, and worked out all throughout my life as a youth. I've coached youth in the Steve Francis Foundation basketball camps, Boys and Girls Clubs, and detention centers as well. I've trained and mentored peers, and youth in gyms to become better fit as well as healthy.

Fitness and sports are one of the overall hidden confidence and self-esteem builders that all humans have experienced, whether emotionally or physically. The first step is to get the individual to become happy and comfortable about themselves before you direct your attention anywhere else. If you can channel someones thinking into a positive way or aid them into a direction where they can work on their portrayed weaker points then that is only the second step to growth.
