My BSc in Computer Information Systems and an MBA in Project Management combined with my experience as a Corporate Trainer and daily supporting business users as a Microsoft 365 administrator makes me suitable to assist you on the various subjects. My domestic and international travels in the past training persons have equipped me to adapt along with being a volunteer Junior Achievement tutor of 4th grade students.

Excellent Tutor, patient and supportive.

I highly recommend Simone as a Microsoft 365 tutor. I am 59 years old and was not very tech-savvy when I started. I am only on my third lesson, but she has already made a big difference in my confidence. Simone is patient, knowledgeable, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. She never rushes me and always makes sure I understand each topic before moving on. She creates a comfortable learning environment where I feel confident asking questions.
