When I was in high school I served as a teacher's aide to the ESL/ESOL students. I also helped folks that immigrated to the US in verbal conversations as well as writing to improve on the language when putting themselves out there.
My undergraduate was in History, at the time I was on pre-law track. I enjoy history and am able to paint a picture of the events.
