I am a certified educator with over ten years of classroom and tutoring experience teaching English Language Arts, writing, and reading, with a primary focus on middle and high school students in grades 8–12. I hold a Master of Education from Wayland Baptist University with a 3.9 GPA and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas Tech University. I am a certified Texas classroom teacher in English Language Arts and Reading (Grades 8–12) and English as a Second Language (ESL), and I have earned a Level 5 TEFL certification. My teaching experience is grounded in TEKS, Common Core, and Cambridge standards.

I have taught 9th and 10th grade English in Texas classrooms and have extensive experience supporting students in writing, grammar, literature, and reading comprehension. I worked as an SAT and ACT tutor with Sylvan Learning Center for three years and have continued tutoring students privately in one-on-one and small group settings.
