I have been an outside tutor for multiple kids the last 5 years. I have tutored kids both with disabilities and without disabilities. My number one approach to tutoring is student engagement. I do what I can to make topics as interesting as possible. I make it a point to build trust and a good bond with every student. Without that you cant expect them to learn from you! Every child has a different learning style and I adapt to each student to meet that need.
