I'm currently an undergraduate student at MIT. I study mechanical engineering with a concentration in engineering management and minor in political science. As you can see my interests are pretty diverse. I strongly believe in knowing a little bit of everything regardless of your career path as you never know who will be seated at the table next to you. I approach learning and teaching from a perspective of understanding as opposed to test taking. I believe when someone truly understands a concept they are unstoppable by "trick" questions.

Tutoring has been a part of what I do from an early age. Most recently, I've been a teaching assistant for two years at MIT teaching a design process and prototyping class. Additionally I spent two summers teaching Newtonian physics at a rigorous MIT summer program.

From an early age I showed an aptitude for math concepts. Beyond getting high grades I've always wondered why things work the way they do and that has driven my understanding of mathematics.

I was always curious about why the world and objects around us interacted the way they do. "because they do" was never a good enough answer to me. When I discovered physics in 10th grade I immediately fell in love with being able to describe the world around me and the interactions objects have with one another.

Feel free to reach out with any questions, comments or concerns, I'm always glad to hear from students and parents. I hope to hear from you and remember to never stop learning.
