I am a hardworking and passionate ASL teacher! I have my degree in Sign Language Interpreting which has given me the opportunity to expand my skills with ASL. I have been able to work with a wide range of students. From children who are non-verbal, to students and working adults. I am committed to teaching you ASL and will make sure that you are getting the most out of every single lesson with me. All lessons are 100% personalized!

I had the opportunity to start working with ASL in 2015 as a Sign Language Interpreter. I received my degree in Sign Language Interpreting in May 2017. I started teaching ASL in 2017. I worked with non-verbal students, helping them to be able to use sign language to express themselves. In 2018, I started working as a private online ASL teacher. I have worked with individual students as well as with large groups of students. I have had the chance to work with schools virtually over the past 5 years.

I love helping people learn ASL. Some learn sign language to communicate a family member or friend. Other learn it as a hobby. Some other need help with tutoring. Therefore, I like to adapt each student's lesson to their background and goals. I use a curriculum that allows a student to learn the 5 fundamental blocks of ASL: Vocabulary/Signs, Fingerspelling, Grammar, Facial Expressions, and Classifiers.
