My tutoring and teaching revolves around the fact that every student struggles with something, whether it is retention, comprehension, vocabulary, or just math in general, if it’s even math related at all. My method is to scaffold up to the rigor desired by finding what the issue is for the student and reteach if until I find a method that works. I don’t let students behind that are willing to put forth the effort to learn.
