Great Lesson
Great lesson! We went over some employee/employer taxes that were confusing me. She helped me further understand self employment taxes and worked on a problem. We even looked at some lines on a tax form where I would expect to see the numbers! Overall great lesson!

Income Tax Prep
I reached out to LaRena to understand the 4 different types of business entities and how they are taxed (1. Sole Proprietorship · 2. General Partnership · 3. Limited Liability Company (LLC) · 4. C&S-Corporations ). I found it very easy to go through questions with her for example: Eligibility of QBI, differences and benefits of s-corp and C-corp election, and basic tax computations crucial to understanding taxation. She works with you to find the correct answers to your questions and has a lot of tax prep knowledge. I went through several case scenarios with her and she would help me pull up the correct forms/schedules needed for tax prep and explained them in great detail. She will walk you through the forms and the terminology to make the concepts easier to grasp. I am taking an introduction to tax prep course and I look forward to continuing to work with her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to increase their tax prep knowledge! Thank you!
