My teaching experience includes one-on-one and small-group instruction in reading comprehension, written expression, and math up to 7th grade. I incorporate evidence-based, multisensory methods such as structured literacy and Orton-Gillingham techniques to strengthen foundational reading and decoding skills. I also design lessons aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standards to ensure students meet and exceed grade-level expectations.
