With several years of experience working with diverse learners, I understand that every student learns differently. My teaching approach is student-centered, focusing on creating a positive, encouraging environment where learners feel safe to take risks and grow. I believe that confidence is key to academic success, and I strive to make learning fun and accessible.
In my reading tutoring for grades K–6, I target phonics, fluency, and comprehension. I use age-appropriate, multisensory techniques to help students decode words more easily and understand what they read. My goal is to foster a love for reading while strengthening essential skills.
For English language learners and adults, I emphasize clear grammar instruction, pronunciation, and conversation practice. I tailor lessons to meet individual goals, whether it’s improving fluency, preparing for exams, or gaining confidence in speaking English.
