I grew up in an environment where students used to come to our house for tutoring purpose as my mom was a high school teacher (math and physics). So teaching is sort of my hobby. As soon as I was was at high school I started helping my mom with tutoring as I was pretty good at both math and physics.
After I finished my B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, I got my first teaching appointment as teaching assistant at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). During that time of working as a teaching assistant, I also pursued my M.Sc. degree. After that I moved to USA and started my PhD in department of chemical engineering at Texas Tech University. During my time in TTU I had opportunity to work as a teaching assistant for three semesters and upon completion my degree, I taught chemical reaction engineering for 1 semester (summer II 2017).
I never scored below 90% in Math ever in my entire life, from elementary school till the end of my PhD!
Among Chemical Engineering subjects, I love heat and mass transfer, chemical reaction engineering, material and energy balance the most!
