Hi! I'm Sachi. I am a fourth-year medical student at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center with a strong academic foundation in both the sciences and the humanities. Hi! I'm Sachi. I am a fourth-year medical student at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center with a strong academic foundation in both the sciences and the humanities. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Rice University, with minors in Medical Humanities and Global Health Technologies, and I also hold an MBA from Texas Tech. Throughout my academic career I have consistently performed at a high level, achieving scores in the 99th percentile on the SAT and on my USMLE board exams, and I bring that same dedication and attention to detail to every tutoring session.

I have extensive tutoring experience in both online and in-person settings and have worked with learners ranging from preschool to postgraduate levels. I tutor a broad range of subjects, including biology, chemistry, math, English and essay writing, and standardized test preparation. I have worked one-on-one, led small group sessions, and supported students in classroom and community settings; in each case I focus on creating lesson plans that introduce material clearly, give students time to practice on their own, and adapt methods to the student’s individual learning style.

What sets me apart is my ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, real-world explanations while maintaining a patient, encouraging approach. I tailor my teaching to each student’s goals, whether that’s improving grades, preparing for exams, or building confidence with study skills, and I provide practical strategies and resources that students can use between sessions.
