I completed my undergraduate studies in Chemistry at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. After graduation, I earned my Teaching Certificate for grades 7–12 Science and taught high school physics and chemistry (grades 9–12) full-time in Houston, TX. Shortly afterward, I decided to pursue a career in medicine and am now in my fourth year of medical school, on track to become a pediatrician!

As a tutor on Wyzant, I’m excited to work with students of all ages. I’ve had the opportunity to tutor learners ranging from 10 to 50 years old, and I enjoy adapting my teaching style to meet each student’s needs.
My tutoring approach is flexible and student-centered. I often like to work through practice questions together, as I find it helps reinforce learning—but I’m also happy to focus on reviewing concepts first, depending on your preference. I believe that everyone learns differently, and I’m committed to helping you find the strategies that work best for you.
The subjects I’m most comfortable tutoring include college and medical school applications, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and microbiology. I look forward to supporting you on your academic journey!
