Additionally, I have 4+ years of experience in developing individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, where I collaborate with teachers, parents and other specialists to create tailored plans for students with disabilities. My experience includes conducting assessments to identify student's unique strength and areas for growth, using this data to set measurable and achievable goals and regularly monitoring their progress, making necessary adjustments and communicating effectively to ensure the success of each child.
