Hi, I’m Suhaib! I am a fourth-year medical student at the University of Texas Medical Branch with a 266 USMLE Step 2 CK and 516 MCAT score with extensive experience helping students prepare for high-stakes exams. I tutor medical students preparing for Step 2 CK and clinical shelf exams, with an emphasis on developing the clinical reasoning skills needed to work through challenging vignette-based questions. I also have experience teaching and mentoring students at different levels, including helping an MCAT student improve from a 489 to a 512.

My approach is highly individualized and focuses on understanding why a student is missing questions rather than simply reviewing more content. I also continue working for you outside of our sessions by developing targeted question blocks and personalized review materials based on your specific weaknesses, so we can use our tutoring time as efficiently as possible.
