I am a Machine Learning Engineer and music educator with a passion for helping students build both technical and creative confidence. I hold a Master’s degree in Data Science and have experience working with Python, machine learning, and applied AI. My work focuses on helping students understand not only how to use tools like Python, but also how to think through problems clearly, break complex ideas into manageable steps, and develop real confidence in coding and data science. I enjoy supporting students who are new to programming as well as those exploring machine learning concepts for the first time.
Alongside my work in data science, I have many years of experience teaching music, particularly voice, music theory, and sight reading. I have taught students in both individual and group settings, including leading a summer music camp for children ages 6–13 where I taught voice and foundational music theory. As a vocalist and pianist, I love helping students develop musical understanding, strengthen their ear, and grow in confidence as musicians. My teaching approach focuses on clarity, encouragement, and helping students connect musical concepts to practical skills.
Whether I am teaching Python or music, my goal is always the same: to make learning approachable, engaging, and encouraging. I believe students thrive when concepts are explained clearly and when they feel supported as they practice and grow. I enjoy adapting lessons to each student’s learning style and helping them move from confusion to confidence.
