I'm Matthew. I graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Microbiology from George Mason University. Having obtained my bachelor's degree in just 2 1/2 years, I understand the stress many students face with the intense workload arising from taking multiple classes or difficult classes during their undergraduate career. As a pre-med, I understand the difficulty with balancing school, work, extracurriculars, volunteering, and many other activities you might be engaged in. This is my purpose for being here. To help make school just a little easier so you can focus on other things going on in your life.

I have a year tutoring experience in biology at the high school and undergraduate level. I worked one-on-one with students, designing a learning regiment tailored to each student's strengths and weaknesses in biology. I strongly believe this is one flaw of our current education system, teaching everyone the same way without realizing people learn and absorb material differently. Additionally, I liked to review homework, study guides, or past examinations with students to get a better grasp of what their professor was looking for. We all know all too well that some professors are harsher than others, and that can affect our way of learning and how we perform in the classroom (ratemyprofessor lol).
