I have a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology. I believe in lifelong learning which is why I’ve taken additional classes in law, coding and software development, and writing. I am a certified personal finance educator, and published author.

Carefully crafted words can transport and transform the human experience. Words have meaning. Learning to utilize words to elevate oneself while lifting others is the key to joyful success. Reading, and comprehending the written word, is fundamental to the acquisition of knowledge. Expressing oneself with words (both written and orally), promotes clarity and enlightenment.

Teaching is exhilarating. I love seeing the lightbulb turn on in a student’s mind when they suddenly grasp new concepts. My primary tutoring goals are to 1) help the student enjoy learning, 2) foster an inquisitive mind, 3) pursue understanding, and 4) bolster self-confidence. I accomplish this through student engagement, and by using areas of interest to the student.

Personally, I love the creative process of writing and helping others become better writers. I have co-authored several academic, business, and historical award-winning papers and books. I have edited multiple books, several of which became Amazon bestsellers.
