Jerry came to the rescue in a few hours notice. He was exceptional with my son and in just one hour was able to raise my sons confidence level in math. My son normally is very frustrated within 15 minutes of beginning 4th grade math assignments. Brelan completed 3 assignment in less than 1 hour. Jerry also showed me a fun way to help Brelan on my own. I recommend him to anyone having issues in math as he is extremely helpful, and makes math F-U-N!

My daughter is so confident about taking her semester exam now! She has never been to sure of herself when it came to algebra or math in general. Jerry F has helped her so much even in just the three sessions she has had so far! He has given her back the confidence she so needed! Will be using his skills in the future to help her for the big STARRS test coming up!!! Highly recommend this tutor!!!

Business:

Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

If I can teach mathematics grades 6-12 then I certainly can teach mathematics K-6th. Math is Math. The operations overlap from grade to grade. The end of the range is 6th grade which is the beginning of one of my certifications.

Elementary math is just lower mathematics, therefore my certifications in higher level mathematics should cover this academic area.

I am a certified math teacher in Texas and have been preparing students for TAKS for 15 plus years.
