Hello, my name is Erica. I am an educator, communication coach, and mental health professional with extensive experience teaching, mentoring, and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, am TESOL certified, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Developmental Psychology.

My teaching experience spans academic, professional, and leadership environments. During my time in the U.S. military, I served as an instructor where I trained and mentored service members in technical and professional development courses.
