My teaching philosophy’s cornerstone is based on my faith that every student can learn. Some students may have higher ceilings in some disciplines than others, but I believe that all students have the capability to learn on some level. It is my job to make sure that I capitalize on each student’s educational experience so that they maximize their learning.
I accomplish this by creating an inviting and safe environment during tutoring sessions, where a student is willing to participate in the learning experience. I foster it every session as we build a team mentality in our tutoring sessions. This team mentality is supplemented with attention to each individual’s needs.
