I have worked in the educational field for over 15 years and have been teaching for six years. I have taught Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, and 4th grades with experience teaching in both public and charter school settings (both self-contained and departmentalized). In addition, I have worked at many Title 1 schools to provide additional resources (manipulatives, worksheets, resources, etc.) to children and families with various needs from various backgrounds. I have worked with gifted students, ESL/ELL students, and with students with special needs (ADD/ADHD, autism, dyslexia, etc.). I love working with children and having the opportunity to provide them with the resources necessary to help them be successful and watch them as they develop, learn, and grow.
As a highly qualified certified Elementary School Educator, I believe all students deserve the best education. As a classroom teacher, it is my duty to provide rigorous, differentiated, engaging lessons in a safe, positive learning environment that will make a difference and keep students focused while assisting them as they learn, grow, and build their skills.
