I have 8 years teaching experience in public school settings. Over the past 8 years, I have collaboratively designed and implemented research based lesson plans. I believe in using theory and research based strategies in learning and teaching so that learners can maximize their acquisition of a language.

I hold a masters in Second Language Education and have been working with both students and adults who want to learn, practice or improve their Spanish and/or English. Learning and acquiring components of a language is a skill that all people of all ages are capable of and I believe in the positive effect of confidence and working with a qualified conversation partner. I help people practice all skills in a language ranging from speaking, writing, listening and grammar.

I hold a masters in Second Language Education and a teaching certification in ESL. I have worked with a variety of ages to improve and support their growth in the English language. I am a native English speaker with a Spanish Teaching Certification. I am relatable and I understand the process of learning a new language.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Education as well as a teacher certification in Spanish. I have been a public school teacher for 8 years and have done private tutoring for the 8 years.

I believe in the importance of continued practice in a language. I am encouraging and empathetic as well as an expert in my field.
