My education includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science and 2 years of software development experience which provides me with a solid foundation in software development and product delivery processes. Additionally, I hold a Master’s of Science in Human Factors and Information Design from Bentley University. With this degree, I developed a strong expertise in cognitive psychology, user behavior, and how to design for accessibility & usability.
With over 7 years in UX and product design, I have a proven track record for taking projects from inception to delivery on numerous occasions across mobile and web devices. I’m adept at working with any company dynamic from fast-paced startups to large enterprise clients. My previous work has placed me in a variety of industries including the marketing, banking, consumer, and insurance spaces. I am quick to pick up business context and can provide many different services to address clients’ needs. My current role as a UX design lead and manager at Fortune 5 company has helped me further refine my processes, communication, project management, and leadership skills.
