Tanner has been an unbelievable asset during my MCAT journey. From strategy to content, he knows it all and explains everything in an easily digestible way that helps you retain the information. He taught me how to read figures and understand questions to where no question seems particularly daunting anymore. I come out of every session excited to practice what he taught me! Experienced Tutor w/ Dynamic Approach
As my test date rapidly approaches, I have been looking for a MCAT tutor, and am so grateful to have stumbled upon Tanner! He is not only extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter, but on the structure of the exam and learning theory as well. He knows how to break down complex concepts into simple terms and extrapolate the most pertinent information. In only a few sessions he has solidified my understanding of topics that I have struggled to conceptualize for years. Each tutoring session is dynamic and catered to strengthening your trouble spots, from tricky content to test-taking strategies to passage-reading approaches. I have been struggling with approaching and understanding science passages and figures on the MCAT. In just one lesson, Tanner was able to teach me strategies that completely changed how I approach these questions and figures and make it MUCH easier to understand them(in less time and with a lot less effort than I was putting in before). Amazing MCAT Tutor!!!
Tanner is everything I was looking for in an MCAT tutor. He is a genius when it comes to the MCAT, both in terms of his content knowledge and knowledge of the exam itself. With Tanner I have learned CARS strategies, discussed study tactics and resources, created a study plan (and adapted it as my own timeline changed), and have asked hundreds of content-related questions (all of which he can answer on the spot off the top of his head). Whatever MCAT related help you need, Tanner can do it! It is very obvious that he has a strong tutoring background and understanding of the MCAT exam itself. He is also super responsive and flexible. I am so glad I found him–I couldn't recommend an MCAT tutor enough! Thank you, Tanner!!!
