Hello, my name is Wasif S.! I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Throughout my academic journey, I discovered that the professors who made complex topics simple and enjoyable were the ones who truly shaped my success. I have over three years of tutoring experience, working with students of all ages and backgrounds, both in-person and online. During college, I tutored a variety of biology-related courses, and I also gained experience preparing students for standardized tests including the SAT (Math), ACT, HSPT, and MCAT. My approach is straightforward: I break down challenging material into clear, high-yield concepts while tailoring each session to the student’s learning style.

More recently, I’ve navigated the rigor of medical school exams, including the USMLE and COMLEX, and I understand firsthand the challenges these tests present. Having learned from my own mistakes, I now focus on helping students not just memorize but truly think like the test writers—prioritizing what is most high-yield and developing confidence in problem-solving strategies.
