Perfect Scorer on SAT Math & Medical School Essay Editor, MD

Priyanka B.

Hi, I'm Priyanka! I scored a perfect score on my SAT Math section (800) and was admitted to the University of California, Davis as a Neurobiology major, where I continued teaching college students how to ace their Mathematics and General Chemistry courses after receiving A+/s in both advanced courses. I am currently an Internal Medicine resident, and am continuing to tutor through my busy work schedule. I have more than 6 years of experience working with elementary school children, high school students, and college students regarding Math, Science, and any STEM field. All my students have received high-achieving scores after tutoring with me, and I work to suit all my students' needs as I know many have unique learning styles! I am also an editor for medical school applications. I have remained on application committees of my medical school, of which I have helped numerous students get accepted into multiple MD, MD/PhD programs.

A little bit more about me:
I have made the Dean's Honors List several times, being in the top 16% of my undergraduate class, and have continued to perform exceedingly well in Math in college with receiving no less than an A in all my math classes which includes advanced College-level math and Engineering mathematics. My students are always open to me, and never hesitate to reach out to me whenever they need help. I'm always here for them, and want to see them succeed!

For our first meeting together, I will first meet with my prospective student, understand where they need help, and determine whether my tutoring services will be needed. I will most definitely work to find my student's gaps and work to fill them so that they can improve in classes they hope to excel in. I am also open to helping with college applications and medical school applications, and any other academic requests if necessary. I'd love to work with you!
