Hello, I'm Helena! I am an accounting professional and CPA that graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Accounting and graduated from the University of St. Thomas with an MBA and M.S. in Accounting.

I remember being a student and feeling frustrated about the way teachers taught the material, which made learning a CHORE! In my studies and from working in the corporate world, I have learned how to teach and digest material in a more efficient manner.

I am passionate about learning, and about sharing that knowledge- I would love to teach you what I know! I apply real-life knowledge of accounting and business in my day to day duties at work as a Financial Reporting Manager. I specialize in Frameworks Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Managerial and Financial Accounting, and any other accounting or business classes.

As with above, I have taken all business classes required for my education and my license. I have real-life experience in business management, economics, business ethics, supply chain management, and marketing.
