It’s my passion to teach and see students succeed. I’ve been a teacher for more than 10 years and I have never regretted my decision. I have taught in every possible teaching setting: public schools, Catholic schools, private schools, charter schools, international schools, and even homeschooled students’ homes. I have also been a tutor for more than 5 years working for a company here in Houston and also online. During this time, I have become an expert in SAT Math test prep, helping students to achieve their score goals. My greatest reward is to see my students succeed and achieve their goals, whether it’s to get accepted to the college of their choice or to get an A in their high school class.
I received my bachelors of science in mathematics degree from The University of Texas at Austin, a top 50 university in the US. I went on to get an MEd degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston. I have been teaching math since 2008 and tutoring math since 2013. My specialties are pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry and SAT Math.
