Hello and welcome to my profile! I am a career Mathematics teacher with over 30 years of teaching (and tutoring) experience in North America and Worldwide. In addition to having a Master's degree, I have four Teaching Certifications from the State of Massachusetts in the areas of Middle and High School (6-8 and 7-12) Math, High School Physics and General Science. I have been trained by IBO (international Baccalaureate Organization) as well.
My teaching and tutoring have spanned all levels of Mathematics, from pre-algebra to SAT to AP Calculus and International Baccalaureate (IB) High Level. I also work for the IBO as their High Level Mathematics Examiner/Reader. (Yes, I actually 'grade' the exam papers/scripts for IB HL Math students from all over the world). Since I have studied Math from all over, I can assure you that I will make the understanding of mathematical concepts very interesting for you.
I am however a bit picky when it comes to selecting the students that I could tutor; in that, I prefer the ones who are willing to do consistent hard work and who try to 'think out of the box'. Once these traits are in place, leave the rest to me; I assure you of your success.
