Hello! I am a professional violinist and dedicated music educator who earned my degree from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. Music has been my lifelong passion, and I am deeply enthusiastic about sharing the joy, precision, and artistry of violin playing with students of all ages and skill levels.
Throughout my professional career, I have served as a concertmaster in professional orchestras and performed on PBS broadcasts, an experience that contributed to winning an Emmy Award. Alongside my performance career, I have accumulated extensive teaching experience, helping students build a solid technical foundation—such as posture, intonation, and bow control—while nurturing musicality, expressive phrasing, and a genuine love for the instrument.
Every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to match each individual's unique goals, whether they are learning classical masterworks, exploring cinematic themes, or simply playing for personal fulfillment. I believe that patience, clear communication, and structured guidance are the keys to unlocking a student's full potential. I look forward to helping you or your child achieve your musical aspirations!
