Native Spanish Tutor

Tatiana M.

I'm a native Spanish speaker with a bachelor's degree in International Business and more than 15 years of professional experience in procurement and supply chain. Throughout my career, I have worked with multinational companies, international suppliers, and teams in both English and Spanish, so I know firsthand how the language is used in real meetings, negotiations, and everyday conversations. I also have experience tutoring professionals one-on-one, and I especially enjoy helping college students and adults at every level, from complete beginners to advanced speakers, build the confidence to communicate in Spanish.

I believe every student learns differently, so I design each lesson around your goals, pace, and learning style. Whether you want to become conversational, prepare for travel, communicate with family, or improve your professional Spanish, my lessons focus on practical communication rather than memorization. We combine conversation practice, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading, and listening so you develop skills you can use right away. Because of my professional background, I also specialize in Business Spanish, helping students prepare for meetings, presentations, negotiations, customer service, emails, and conversations related to procurement, logistics, and supply chain. You will start speaking from the very first lesson, in a relaxed and supportive environment where making mistakes is simply part of learning.

Before we begin, I'm happy to have a brief conversation to learn about your goals and current level so I can create a plan that works for you. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, and I always respond to messages quickly. My goal is to make every lesson engaging, practical, and enjoyable while helping you achieve measurable progress. Feel free to contact me with any questions or to schedule your first lesson. ¡Nos vemos pronto!
