A little bit about me: I have an English bachelor's with a minor in Rhetoric & Writing, as well as a MA in Communication where I did video game research! In this research, I worked with university students, conducted quantitative and qualitative research, and wrote papers for journals communicating this research to the public! This gave me a lot of experience moving between statistics and translating it into real world concepts for students.
I love giving students the opportunity to connect Reading and other English concepts to their real world experiences! I also love being able to help students learn to communicate their ideas out to a wider audience. I currently work as a test prep tutor in my full time work, and am very familiar with working with students of all backgrounds and strengths! I help with crafting Essays from the ground up, and teaching students how to take their real world experiences and fit them to the needs of prompt. I look forward to connecting with you and talking about how to love English and how to improve your writing!
