Hi everyone! My name is Josh, and I'm looking to help any students who may need extra academic support or tutoring. After growing up in Dallas where I attended St. Mark’s School of Texas, I studied neuroscience at Vanderbilt, and I’m now a 4th-year student at McGovern Medical School. During this final year of medical school, I have some flexibility in my schedule and am hoping to work with a few students who could benefit from personalized, one-on-one support.

I’ve had years of tutoring and teaching experience and feel very comfortable connecting with learners of all ages. Teaching and mentoring have always been important to me - from tutoring math and science to mentoring high school and pre-med students, guiding them through standardized exam preparation, and most recently working with undergraduates preparing for the MCAT.
I’m fluent in Spanish, Bengali, and Hindi, and I have years of experience working with kids in clinics, hospitals, and through hundreds of volunteer hours at the Ronald McDonald House. I am patient, encouraging, and structured in my approach, and my goal is to help students truly understand material, build confidence, and develop strong study habits that last.
