I hold an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management, along with two graduate degrees, including a Master's degree and an MBA from the prestigious Kelley School of Business. My academic training combines strong analytical, organizational, and leadership foundations with a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and build confidence in professional and academic settings.

I worked part-time as a university teaching assistant, where I focused on building students' confidence, character, and career readiness, while also helping to resolve classroom challenges and improve engagement. My approach emphasizes encouragement, practical problem-solving, and assisting students to understand not just what to learn but also how to approach learning with clarity and self-belief. I focused on helping students connect academic concepts to real-world applications, ensuring they understood not just the "what" but the "why". This experience taught me the importance of adapting my teaching methods to meet individual learning styles and creating meaningful connections with students.

In addition to university-level teaching, I have experience tutoring children ages 6-15 in one-on-one settings. I helped students work through challenging mathematics problems while fostering the confidence needed to succeed academically. Across age groups, my teaching style is patient, supportive, and adaptive, with a strong focus on empowering learners to overcome difficulty, develop resilience, and achieve lasting academic growth. I learned that building a student's self-belief is often as important as teaching content itself. I strive to create an atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and ultimately growing as learners. My diverse teaching background across age groups and subjects has made me adaptable and attuned to each student's unique needs.
