I currently work in a high school setting as an Inclusion Aide, where I support students with diverse learning needs in both general education and special education classrooms. I have completed an Associate of Arts in Teaching from Lone Star College–North Harris, which provided me with a strong foundation in educational strategies, classroom support, and student-centered learning. Through my education and hands-on school experience, I have developed a clear understanding of how students learn at different paces and how to adapt instruction to meet individual needs.

In my role, I regularly provide one-on-one and small-group academic support in subjects such as math, reading, and general homework help. I assist students by breaking down concepts into manageable steps, reinforcing skills taught in class, and helping students build confidence in their abilities. My experience includes working with students across multiple grade levels in a structured classroom environment, supporting them during lessons, assignments, and assessments. I focus on patience, consistency, and positive encouragement to help students feel comfortable asking questions and staying engaged.

As a tutor, my goal is to create a supportive and low-stress learning environment where students feel motivated and capable. I tailor my approach to each student by identifying their strengths, addressing areas of difficulty, and using clear explanations and guided practice. I am especially effective with students who benefit from extra structure, repetition, and reassurance. I look forward to helping students strengthen their academic skills while building confidence and independence in their learning.
